Mr. Neiger teaches GIS, spatial analysis techniques, and urban geography. He has worked with CAD and GIS applications in both the public and private sectors for over 25 years and has presented on these topics at local and national forums. Mr. Neiger’s research interests include geovisualization, residential racial segregation, and GIS in historical research. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D., in geography at Northern Illinois University.
